Cancellation, refund and transfer policy for the Gathering ticket:

The Gathering ticket

Cancellation requests received up to 30 days before the start of the Gathering will receive a full 100% refund, minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services.
Cancellation requests received up to 14 days before the start of the Gathering will receive a 50% refund minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services.
Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the start of the Gathering will receive a 20% refund minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services. Once the event has started, no refunds are made.
Cancellations can be requested here. Please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed by our team.

Ticket Transfer

As your access to the Gathering is connected to your personal GEN Europe membership it is not possible to transfer it to another person.
