It has been exactley 2 years since I started my service as a GEN Europe membership manager.  Now I am handing the membership care in the hands of Carolin Waldman. 

She prepared a video and Q&A introduction for you. 

Can you help us spread the word about the Gathering in your mailing lists, social media, and other networks? There's just one week to go in the second round of early bird ticket sales, and we especially want to encourage those in Southern, South-Eastern and Eastern Europe to take advantage of them as they are currently underrepresented. But wherever you are, do take a moment to forward our mails, reshare our posts... And do get in touch if there is anything you need, or if you have suggestions or contacts to help us spread the word about the Gathering.

We invite ecovillage members to take part in E.S.T.Expo by:

bringing your technologies to the Gathering, exhibiting them and offering demonstrations of their functioning at the exposition site;
bringing other material (scaled models, drawings, documents, pictures, and so on), especially when it is not possible to physically bring your technologies;
offering workshops/presentations about your solutions or other topics related to technological sustainability in a local or global perspective. The presentation will have a timeslot of 30 min each.
E.S.T.Expo supports all technologies used in ecovillages or other environmentally friendly projects which are efficient, easy to replicate and open source.

In person meetings are occasions, when we can do the real work and touch deep topics. Council met staff in April for 4 days. We talked about our membership policies, the strategic development of GEN Europe, the role of GEN Europe on the map of European networks, and prepared the agenda for the General Assembly, when we will shape GEN Europe together with you. 

Every full member has three delegate spaces available for the gatehring and the GA. However, every full member has only one vote. For an easier organisation of the General Assembly please ask your voting delegates to fill in this form.
