We’re excited to announce that registrations for this year’s General Assembly (GA) and ticket sales for the 2025 Gathering are now open!

🏛️ General Assembly (GA): August 9–11 (Arrival on August 8)
🌿 Gathering: August 12–17
The GA is open only to delegates. If you are a full member, please ensure you have at least one delegate attending (either in person or online) so we can reach quorum.

🔹 How to Register for the General Assembly & the Gathering
Step 1: Log in to Your Membership Area
To access tickets, you must be part of our new automatic renewal system. If you are already in the system, your payment will be processed automatically.
📌 Important: Review the updated membership pricing (approved last year) and ensure your payment reflects the correct amount. If you’re unsure or there is any change you would like us to accommodate email membership@gen-europe.org.
New to the system? Check your inbox for an email explaining how to activate your membership and access the members’ area.
Step 2: Register for the GA and/or purchase Gathering tickets
Log in your membership area.
There you can register for the General Assembly and/or purchase your Gathering 2025 ticket (via a form).
Do you want to bring more delegates or participants from your ecovillage, network or ecoproject?
You can now add full members of your community as representatives to your membership. This ensures they have access to the members’ area, its services, and the registration forms for the GA and Gathering.
Delegates & Participants:
- A delegate is an official representative of your Ecoproject/Ecovillage/Network. Delegates can vote at the GA and receive a discounted Gathering ticket.
- A representative is a full member of your community who can attend the General Assembly and the Gathering either as a delegate or a participant.
- If a representative is attending the Gathering as a participant (not a delegate), they do not need to pay for an individual membership. Their attendance is covered under your collective membership.
However, participants do not receive a discount on the Gathering ticket and pay the standard participant price.
đź“Ś Delegate allocation per membership type:
- Ecoproject = 1 delegate
- Aspiring ecovillage = 2 delegates
- Aspiring network = 3 delegates
- Full ecovillage = up to 6 delegates (only if you paid the additional 3 to 5€ per person in zour ecovillage: 3 delegate tickets for up to 10 members, 4 delegate tickets for up to 30 members, 5 delegate tickets for up to 40 members, 6 delete tickets for up to 50 members)
- Full network = up to 10 delegates (same as above: 5 for up to 10 members, 6 for up to 20 members, 7 for up to 30 members, 8 for up to 40 members, 9 for up to 50 members, 10 for up to and plus 60 members)
Make your member representatives fill in the form below to receive access to the member’s area and be able to register for the General Assembly and/or purchase a ticket for the Gathering in the summer.
Make sure you log in from your own device, or are logged out when registering new members.
It is really important that they use the correct organization name, in order for our system to recognize them:

Once signed up, each person receives individual login credentials to access the members’ area and purchase their tickets.
Step 3: Book Food & Accommodation
After securing your spot at the GA and/or your Gathering ticket, you will find a direct link on the confirmation page to book food and accommodation. This step is mandatory. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder.

âś… You must complete all 3 steps to be granted entry to the Gathering.
âś… No Gathering tickets will be issued without a valid membership.
âś… At check-in, you must present:
- Your Gathering ticket
- Your food & accommodation booking
